I wonder how many in this group have had good or bad experiences with searchable databases like Axial, etc. I've met so many interesting groups over the past many months, and imagine that both the searcher and the capital partner might have better experience with a streamlined way to scale capital access or sourcing.

Questions:
- Searchers/Sponsors: If you're willing to share your experience with any of these in the comments, please do or let me know if I can email you.
- Searchers/Sponsors: Would your life be made easier if you had a searchable, central repository of debt and equity partners, reviews from people who have worked with them, and their underwriting requirements?
- Debt/Equity partners: Would your life be made easier if you got more, better qualified, pitches?

We maintain a proprietary DB of around 3K PEGs, family offices, HNW.....using Axial for the first time recently brought out at least 9 PEGs we did not know about, almost all were interested in the MBO opportunity we are working now.

There are also other platforms trying to do what you are talking about. Deal Gateway and SMERGERS are two other than Axial.
