My partner and I have primarily been focused on family investment firms as our primary source of capital. I would be interested in hearing strategies on how to expand your capital base or reach a larger network of capital. I have learned through this process your capital network can never be too large.

Consider networking with local/regional asset managers in your area. If they find value in your deal, they may solicit capital from their clients as part of a portfolio diversification strategy.
