New user - intro and getting started on the site

hey yall!

Just wanted to introduce myself on this site, and ask a question about how to make the best of use of it!

I'm a self-funded searcher from Austin, TX looking to acquire a home services company in Central TX that is generating $400-500k in SDE.

I'm wondering if there is a "how-to" article/video on how to get the most out of this site. As a lot of us, I have limited time and I'm balancing this with other life priorities, so I'd love to be efficient with my time. I see there is a directory, resources, and events, but I'm wondering if there is a forum area or something similar.
