Ppm questions

So I stayed up until 3am this morning formatting a ppm for a search fund. Do any of you fellow searchers have any samples or suggestions that impress investors. I pretty much followed the template from the Stanford primer.

Hi Andrew, most of the sections are very standard. You should focus on the ones that are about you and the type of company you are seeking, there is where you have to be creative. I would say that most investors just read that if something at all :)
