Hello,

I have an amazing team and I cannot thank them enough. What are good ways to show my gratitude?

They all have received promotions and raises. I am looking for ways to do something more frequently.

Thank you for your time.

Phillip

For awards, I prefer memorable experiences where the employee's family/close friends can be included. The experience should be something that folks don't do very often, but are designed for fun such as a gift card/certificate to a local theme park, laser tag, kids museum, annual state fair or music festival, etc. I might develop a menu of options to choose from that are all about equal in total price. So, maybe only 4 tickets to the kids museum and 8 for the laser tag. Once the employee elects their options, I would write a nice note on high quality paper about why they were being appreciated and include the gift card/certificate.

On one of my teams, an employee would organize an outing around one of their interests/hobbies on a set schedule. We learned a lot about the employee in the process and had a great time doing things we were not likely to do. Most outings were surprisingly inexpensive. For instance, going bird watching and then paying for pizza and beer afterwards. I wish I had thought to take the time as we were eating our pizza to do some employee appreciation at those outings.

Hi Phillip
Good to see you are thinking about this.

You would be amazed @ what random unexpected 'little' things due for morale etc. I do this for clients, customers co-workers etc

A few suggestions if you like
1 - Packed with Purpose - Like everyone suggested gift basket but with a social impact
https://packedwithpurpose.gifts/

2 - For smaller things I recommend www.thnks.com
A great way for random things like coffee gift card, donuts etc etc

and finally while I personally hate Starbucks lol. A gift card via email is always a winner.
Hope this helps
