Hello,

Does anyone know a good FF&E lender for a start-up franchise? We are not looking for SBA, as that is one of the longest & most grueling processes we've been through. Thanks!

Is this a brand new business? You stated that it is a start-up but that could mean less than 3yrs in operations. SBA is probably the best bet BUT if the company has been around at least 6mo and has a balance sheet, we may be able to structure an asset based loan. Please email me at redacted

I think you just need to work with an experienced SBA lender!
