Affiliate Marketing Growth Tips?

I'm looking to launch an affiliate marketing business and I'm curious if anyone has any experience in this field that can provide some input on best strategies to grow organic traffic. I'm currently in the process of launching the website and I've already started on creating a Pinterest to help funnel leads to the links.

I know it will take time to grow organic traffic, however, does anyone have experience with how to do so in the most efficient way? I'm thinking Fiverr is a great way to help grow more efficiently. Any feedback from experienced individuals in this field? What are some systems you've set in place to help your business?
