Hi everyone,

I am looking to structure my fundraising process further and would like to transition to a CRM system (from my Notion table) to track the investor outreach of my partner and I. Ideally we want to use the same system when focusing 100% on finding a business to acquire. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Most important criteria would be:

1. Cost-effective (for 2 and 6 users)

2. Able to handle >10k contacts

3. Team usage (with up to 6 accounts)

4. Integration with Zapier or directly Apollo.io to integrate contact details

5. Ability to track leads across outreach pipeline.

I have already looked at Pipedrive but am very happy about alternative recommendations.

Thank you very much!

Best regards
Paul Szyszkowitz

Pipedrive is OK
We use GoHighLevel so we can track everything (pipeline, touch points, etc). Some small modifications make it quite an engine, especially if you leverage AI for the dialling/intro booking + bridging the non-active hour gaps.

Hubspot with the Sales Dashboard-I use it for almost all my capital raises as you can track where in the process each investor is at and it’s highly customizable
