Attorney recommendation for legal Due diligence for a SaaS company

Hello all
I am working towards closing a SaaS deal worth $2.5M. This is a asset only purchase and I need to do the following
1. Legal due diligence
2. APA negotiation

Any recommendations?

I have done a handful of deals in the SaaS space and regularly do sub $5M deals. We cap deal and diligence fees at 1-2% of the purchase price and defer payment until closing.
