Feedback on virtual data rooms (VDR)

After researching and viewing demos from several virtual data room (VDR) providers, I've narrowed the selection down to the top three: Datasite, Firmex, and iDeals. I would love to get feedback on these VDRs from those who have used one of them on past deals. Thanks!

From a service providers prospective, we see datasite the most and it seems to be the one with the least issues.
