I have not taken either of those. Definitely did a M&A course as part of an MBA and a finance-focused masters. Guess it depends on what you're looking to get out of it, though? I think a much lower barrier would be any handful of books that focus on venture / PE / Search and then go deeper into which areas you'd have questions on/curious/need to review.
