CPA and Law Firm fees

Hi what is the usual fees for a CPA firm and a law firm for supporting initial valuation and due diligence work? I am getting some crazy numbers and wanted to benchmark what others have seen regarding fees . I am talking relatively straightforward transactions and not overtly complex ones, thanks Vidhu
