Great CA attorney and CPA with experience in the trades?

I'm working on a deal in California for a business in the trades and need to speak with an attorney and CPA who specialize or have experience with these businesses in the state. California's licensing and employment laws are very strict so need someone who understands these intimately. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated!

Hi ^redacted‌ - would be happy to connect. I'm the head of the Private Equity and Financial Sponsors group at Cullen and have a ton of experience doing deals on this end of the market. Specifically, I do a ton of deals involving blue collar businesses in Cali (and navigating related licensing issues). We’re very flexible on fee structure (no retainer, no milestone payments and fees capped usually at 1-2% of the purchase price, payable at closing).
