About the Owner: Background: Finance undergrad, MBA, experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, and Corporate Banking. Application Requirements: To give candidates a sense of the work they will be performing for the company, gauge your work product along with resourcefulness, and weed out unserious candidates, we require the below deliverables as part of your application that will require about 6 hours of work. Application Deliverables: - Write two relevant blogs for our company on topics that we have not already posted about on our website. Please use our website to incorporate information about us into the blog. Do not just have AI write, but feet free to have AI improve. You can use other janitorial blogs online for inspiration, but do not copy. - Follow the Company on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram and like our latest post (if you don’t have one of these accounts, please flag in your application email). - Pick an industry our company provides cleaning services to (see our website) and build a 75 company/ contact target list in excel. For example, Dealerships or Churches. Please don’t target general office space or retail. Your header row in excel should include: Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Website Link, Estimated Facility Size (google the address and see what you can find or use online tools to estimate the size (watch YouTube videos on how to do this), Company Contact (First and Last Name), Title, Phone Number, Email, and LinkedIn profile URL. - Use AI to help you understand and find titles that reflect decision makers for outsourcing janitorial contracts. For example, facilities director/manager. Smaller companies will have less directly related titles. - If you want to list more than one contact per company, you can but please do on another tab with the associated company name. - For finding contact emails, start with company websites, etc., but if unavailable, you can use free resources like Hunter.io and other platforms (that offer free versions, but you will need more than one due to the search limits). If you still can’t find the contacts email, please guess based on the company’s email format you find from other employee emails available. If you are guessing the email format based off a precedent, please make the text red. - FYI: We are seeking customers with facility sizes between 15k-100k square feet unless it is a portfolio account opportunity.
