Looking to Connect with Lending Brokers (SBA & Non-SBA)

I’m looking to connect with lending brokers (SBA and Non-SBA) to learn more about your lending parameters and explore potential collaboration opportunities for deal financing. We operate in the trades space — HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical — with typical deal sizes up to $5M purchase price. All our deals are cash-flowing businesses with a minimum DSCR of 1.5 or higher. We handle due diligence in-house and engage external partners as needed.
