Hi All, I recently read "Negotiate Without Fear: Strategies and Tools to Maximize Your Outcomes" by Dr Victoria Medvec", it was a great book and I can see that some searchers have clearly read and follow her strategy. I was wondering what other books, podcasts or mentors people can recommend? I also like the podcast "In the Trenches" with ^redacted‌.

Thanks ^redacted‌ - Here's a list of stuff I love (in addition to Chris Voss mentioned above...) - The Hard Thing About Hard Things - Ben Horowitz - High Output Management - Andy Grove - Trillion Dollar Coach - Eric Schmidt / Jonathan Rosenberg - The Great Game of Business AND A Stake in the Outcome - Jack Stack - The Goal - Eliyahu Goldratt - Traction - Gino Wickman - Poor Charlie’s Almanack - Peter D. Kaufman (Editor), Ed Wexler (Illustrator), Warren E. Buffett (Foreword), Charles T. Munger (Author) (came back to edit for this... this is compilation about Charlie Munger. It's sooooo darn good...) Read those... you'll be on your way : )

Alex and Leila Hormozi have great podcasts. Modestly I have a weekly newsletter that gets a lot of traction. https://www.linkedin.com/newsletters/7152663472156168192/?displayConfirmation=true
