Hi everyone! I had a conversation with the seller of this locksmith business recently, and while it's not a good fit for my criteria, I wanted to pass it along to this group to see if anyone would be interested.

Here are the highlights:

$775k revenue, $350k profit
Experienced manager in place (owner lives 6 hours away and only spends 10 days a year in Spokane) plus 3 full-time technicians
