$10M-$20M EV deal examples

Theoretically a <$10M deal size is typical for searchers and >$20M is typical for PE. Can you share your deal/funding matrix/cap structure on any deals you've done between $10M and $20M? This appears to be a "unicorn" zone where deals are harder to get done. Thank you in advance. -Brett

^redacted‌ Happy to have a conversation around where we can be helpful here. We look at all sizing frankly, the smallest deal is $1M in debt, and the largest is $250M debt + $250M equity. Happy to help - redacted

Brett typically for that deal size where the SBA is not large enough and the structure is too levered for a commercial bank to be helpful, you would target an SBIC who could invest in both the equity and the debt of the deal. Happy to explain more on a call if interested, my email is redacted
