Looking for a limited guarantor for $500,000 (real estate, cash, public stocks - anything easy for a bank to liquidate) of $4.4M purchase price on an internet service provider acquisition to complete an SBA loan, on top of my personal guarantee. Revenues and cash flow have been extremely stable and growing for over a decade, this industry is for all intents and purposes a utility. You will receive equity in our sub-company acquiring the target company. We would then like to buy this portion back at the point of refinancing with a commercial loan around the two-year mark at a similar rate to what we are acquiring the target company for. Note - this limited guarantee portion does not need to be locked away, you can still use this money/real estate/stock. The bank is looking to lower their risk on this transaction that is primarily based on cash flow.

Elliot, we are a Commercial Loan Brokerage Shop and would love to take a look. We have over 80 SBA lending partners. I do not usually see a request for outside guarantors. However, I am not sure what your financial position is and if that could be driving it. But we would be happy to take a look and provide you feedback on whether there are other options. You can reach me here or directly at redacted if interested. We can do a quick review and get you feedback quickly.
