Seeking 300k 13 year old B2B Utility services 70% no bid contracts

^Aashish Chenna is my search partner on this deal. The opportunity primarily operates in the Telecom sector focusing on optical fiber installation & holds agreements with major clients such as Sonic, AT&T, Verizon. Work is strategically distributed across the western US, in order to take advantage of varying weather conditions. Currently, the team has over 50 employees. Business offers end to end solutions, vs competition offering only part of the total work. They have capability to work in optical fiber installations, electrical infrastructure, directional drilling, trench work, paving, and concrete services. Owner is seeking to retain meaningful equity and advise us after a 3-6 month transition period. The acquiring team consists of two searchers with complementing skills in civil engineering and military operations. Looking to raise 300k in equity with standard self-funded investor terms.
