Project Pace (or “The Company”) is a long-standing CNC machining company working in the aftermarket automotive and oil sector (60/40 respectively), primarily for heavy-duty truck applications. The Company manufactures components for steering, suspension, and drivetrain systems. They specialize in high volume production runs and large parts (1-5 lbs). The owner is absentee and the management team will be staying on with the buyer. Strong track record with mostly repeat business. We work buy-side, therefore would expect you, the buyer, to pay a buy-side fee if a successful transaction takes place.
