DM me if you want more info/details. This Central Indiana-based equipment sales business presents a rare opportunity to acquire a highly profitable, founder-led operation with strong earnings and minimal overhead. The company has demonstrated exceptional revenue performance, with sales reaching $9 million in 2023 and stabilizing at $6.5 million in 2024—still significantly higher than the $4 million reported in###-###-#### EBITDA margins remain robust, with $1.8 million projected in 2024, reflecting the business’s lean structure and efficient cost management. What makes this business especially unique is its single-operator model—run entirely by the owner, who has built strong relationships, secured repeat contracts, and streamlined operations to generate enterprise-level earnings with just one employee. The owner, now 54, is motivated by a desire to take “chips off the table” but is open to staying on post-sale to support growth, mentor a successor, and secure additional contracts. This setup is ideal for a buyer seeking hands-on learning from a seasoned expert while benefiting from immediate cash flow and a scalable foundation.

Overall, the new website design is sharp and sleek—definitely a big improvement over the previous version. A couple of things I noticed while exploring: In the IBISWorld section, when I tried to use the search bar, I couldn’t click on the first result—there’s no hover effect, and it seems unresponsive. While accessing an IBIS report, I scrolled down to the "Suppliers and Buyers" section, and found that the external report links are currently broken. Just wanted to flag these in case they’re still being worked on!
