$1m Equity Gap for for Electrical Contractor Acquisition

Hi Searchfunder community - we are SO close to completing our first acquisition, but are missing about $1m out of $14.5m to close the deal. Open to check sizes of $200k-$1m.

We feel confident this is a good deal and a great investment opportunity. But we are having difficulties getting in front of the right equity investors.

Is anyone out there interested in helping us to close the gap?
