I put together a list of all the###-###-#### ETA conferences I could find online. Putting it here in case anyone else wants it.
If I am missing anything, please comment. Info is as best as I can tell on 7/11/24.
Academic affiliated conferences, definitely scheduled:
1. Southeast ETA Conference, September 6-7, 2024, Washington DC
2. HBS ETA Conference, October 19, 2024, Boston, MA
3. Booth-Kellogg ETA Conference, November 4, 2024, Chicago, IL
Privately run conferences:
4. SMBash, April 2 - 4, 2025, Dallas, Texas
5. Capital Camp, June 3 - 4, 2025, Missouri
Other academically affiliated conferences that have happened in the past, but next one not scheduled (at least as far as I can tell on 7/11/24)
6. Babson - Held on in 2023, unclear if it's still happening
7. Wharton ETA Summit - Last one was March 2024
8. Michigan Ross - Last one was January 2024
9. MIT - Last one held in February 2024 in Cambridge, MA
10. Rice - Held one in October 2023, nothing about 2024 conference yet
11. Stanford Search Fund CEO Conference - Held last one in 2023, unclear about###-###-#### Not sure if it's open to people outside the Stanford circle
12. Case Western ETA Symposium - last one was October 2023
13. INSEAD / IESE / LBS - last was May 2024 at INSEAD's Fontainebleau campus
14. Upper Midwest ETA Conference, University of Minnesota - First one was November 2023, only 3 hours long
15. UCLA Anderson ETA and Search Fund Roundtable - First annual roundtable was April 2024, only a few hours long

I have a bit of a blind spot on efforts in Latin America but perhaps ^redacted or ^redacted can shed some light.
Our Down Under friends ^redacted & ^redacted have also done conferences geared toward Australia and southeast asia. Not sure if it is happening with IESE occurring this year.
