$20m - $30m equity raise for security services platform

Hey all - I'm helping 3 vets search for capital for a security services (manned guard + technology) deal they have under LOI. If you can write this check and are interested in this sector, let me know.

A few disclaimers:
- I am not getting compensated for this work; just helping these guys get introduced to potential partners, etc
- I do have extensive experience in this sector and can help someone think through this deal (prior board member at Universal Services; now Allied Universal)
- I currently lead the investment team at Rallyday Partners (LMM PE / Growth fund that writes $20m - $50m checks (we do not have a security services mandate)); we do work with independent sponsors, etc.
- Note I'm not looking to connect with service providers in this case, thank you though!
