Healthcare Education Brand seeking $960K in Bridge Financing I am a self-funded searcher seeking $960K in bridge financing for a $9.2M acquisition in the Nursing Education & Professional Development space. The Target: Revenue: ~$5M | SDE: ~$3.2M Model: B2C clinical study aids with a roadmap to B2B CEU/Compliance services. Team: 12-person operation with high retention.
