2nd SPAC - ~$240 mm public search fund - raising last $100k

If anyone is interested in investing in our second SPAC to go public (imminently), we are raising the last ~$100k (investment bank/other deal costs shortfall on $4+ mm fees). Short suspense (next week) for final SEC reviews. Share price for investors will be <$2/share. Standard IPO price is $10/share. Minimum investment is $10k. Expect a ~2-2.5 year hold.
