45 days in — looking for an ops/growth consultant with landscape industry experience

Just crossed the 45-day mark on my acquisition of a commercial landscape company in the Bay Area — a 40-year-old business with city contracts, HOA accounts, and a strong crew but we lack the back-office infrastructure which needs to be built from scratch.
I'm looking for a consultant (or a referral to one) who has done this before — ideally someone who has worked with landscape or field-service companies post-acquisition and knows the tools.
Specifically looking for help with:
- Software implementation — LMN, Jobber, or CompanyCam setup and workflow build-out
- Website and rebranding — we're updating the company identity and need someone who can execute
- CRM and business development — building a pipeline process and outbound strategy for commercial/PM accounts
- AI and automation — identifying and implementing tools that can support a small team and support crew
