5 Yrs to Financial Freedom | The Passive Money Machine

I'm new to posting on SearchFunder, but I'm working on my 8th & 9th deal currently as an acquisition entrepreneur and always looking for partners/investors/interesting people in the space.

What is Fast FI’s Passive Money Machine? I developed the Passive Money Machine concept in the trenches of small business acquisitions.
When I saw the returns I could earn buying existing small businesses compared to what people could earn in public markets, I was dumbfounded that no major investment books discuss it.

A few notes about myself before I get into the full Passive Money Machine strategy...

I make deals with operators and investors who target smaller deals ($2MM - $4MM price/$500K -$2MM EBITDA), but maintain greater control to sculpt the terms in a favorable way. I believe in deal sculpting over simple deal flow since there are many businesses that with the right terms & structure setup may be a better fit compared to simply taking deals that other people structure to benefit themselves.
