My partner and I are looking for traditional and self-funded investors with relevant rollup, landscaping, or home services experience to join our board of directors and help us execute our self-funded strategy. We are raising $22,215,467 in equity and debt for this strategy. We have been conducting a self-funded search and over the past five months we have successfully obtained letters of intent for six commercial landscaping maintenance businesses, with the seventh acquisition in our pipeline totaling $5.26mm ttm Ebitda at a blended 5.27X ttm Ebitda purchase multiple with 0% H2B Visa worker usage. My partner and I are both Kellogg alumni. I started my career working blue-collar jobs in landscaping before transitioning to marketing and sales leadership for startups before B School and my partner is a former PE operating partner and Ret. US Army Officer who worked on a landscaping strategy at his last firm post MBA. Our portfolio of businesses under LOI is geographically clustered across the MidWestern United States in stable growth markets, with a focus on Montana.
