$550k ask, 270 SDE, Commercial Landscape

Hey all,

Looking at a deal for a commercial landscape co with a $550k ask, 300k in seller financing.

The company generates $270k in SDE and has $300k in equipment.

Owner is willing to do $300k in seller financing, so I am looking for $250k in equity. I can put in $50-$75k in my own money so looking for say 2 investors open to putting in $100k each.

Anyone interested would be eager to hear from you.

You have enough to layer this deal, 10% equity, 50% sellers note, and then the other 40% could be bank debt. You would have to structure the sellers note a certain way but it could work for you.
