Hi, We are following a roll-over strategy for the nursery business, currently have two business under offer stage (one of them exclusive). They are complementary in nature both on the type of plants and on the sales channel giving a huge upside opportunity around cross leveraging each other. The deal size combined is in a $25-27M bucket with combined revenue of $19M, SDE of $5M and land assets worth $10M+. We are looking for strategic investors willing to back us on a long term strategy in the landscaping and nursery space focused on the east coast side of the country for now. We have two operators that are seasoned in the consumer space with a blend of ops & tech background willing to roll up our sleeves. Reach out to me at redacted to learn more about the deal and participate. Min ticket size for investors are $2M. Regards, Soumam

Hi Soumam - Please let me know if you need help financing this deal via the SBA program. I might be able to get you a very good rate on this deal. I have a lender currently lending at 7.99% fixed. We can chat here or book a quick call: https://cal.com/ishan-jetley-3d73m8/30min

Funny enough, SMB acquisition vs. franchising is exactly what I'm currently wrestling with. My frustration on the franchising side is that it seems like everything I'm pitched has very modest financial return.
