$700 Ask $400k SDE Landscaping Co.

Seeking $200-$250k for 50% seller-financed landscaping company. Would offer 40-50% equity- it is selling at a discount as the tax returns are a mismatch to the P&L.

Would secure the investor's equity to the equipment ($100-$150k value) for extra protection.
