Seeking conventional loan on an industrial equipment company. Recurring revenue and plenty of room for growth domestically an d internationally. Have a commitment letter signed for SBA loan but unfortunately USCIS/immigration and therefore SBA are slow to approve the deal. (Everything fully checks out fine on my end). Now seeking conventional financing to mitigate this. Please reach out in comments below for further info.
