Has anyone here had success sourcing opportunities from accountants and wealth managers in target markets? I'd love to connect with anyone for whom accountants and wealth managers have been important "river guides".

This is probably a dumb question, but in this context, is the term "River Guide" generally understood to refer to someone greasing the skids when a Buyer has already identified the Seller and is looking for an experienced point guard to run the deal (presumably, but not necessarily without a broker)? Or is it rather understood to be more of a helper in sourcing potential deals? I've heard it used both ways.

Love this concept. Anyone who's touching the HNW / small business owner community should be a good fit. Agree with @Scott above on the additional players.

I'd also include other non-business entities that attract the SMB owner community, like local country clubs / other social organizations and board of local nonprofits/civic groups.
