Accounting Due Diligence

Hi all - Has anyone worked with a good firm on accounting diligence recently?

The acquisition is in New Jersey.

Also - any sense of all-in fees from accountants on a ~$5mm transaction?

I’ve used CLA (Clifton Larson Allen) not big 4, but next tier down and been very happy with them at fairly reasonable prices on similarly sized deals.
