Accounting Firm in Florida

Hello SF Community,

I'm looking at making a series of acquisition in Florida in the pools business. I've got great legal counsel, but I am going to need an accounting partner to ensure the tax implications are considered in the structuring & then be the tax partner going forward. I need some M&A experience + the ability to help with the ongoing CPA/bookkeeping needs of the business.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

I have a client who runs a remote accounting firm, I think they don't do anything related to taxation but bookkeeping, and managing finances is something that they can do with ease. My client who runs this agency has decade of experience in the finance domain and has an expertise in setting up finance processes.
