I wanted to share the accounting stack and best practices we'd recommend so you streamline everything post close:

The accounting stack we like to work with:

Quickbooks Online
Gusto payroll
Ramp for bill pay
2 bank accounts, 1 credit card max

What we don’t like:

Quickbooks desktop
Bank accounts that don’t have check images or accountant access
more than 2 credit cards
Capital one cards
Quickbooks payroll
Quickbooks inventory
CRMs that aren’t mapped properly to Quickbooks

For your operating accounts, I would add stick with the national or regional banks. Stay away from the local banks because their website functionality tends to be severely lacking.
