Acquiring a CPA/Bookkeeping firm

Hi everyone!

I currently lead a real estate and private equity investment community that has significant distribution for accounting and accounting adjacent services.

I am looking to partner up with an operator to acquire a CPA or similar type firm.

The goal here would be to leverage the distribution to help the firm grow significantly.
