If anyone is acquiring a home service company and needs a partner with previous experience, let me know. I have spent the last 8 years in the space...owning, operating, scaling and exiting. I currently provide fractional CFO services to home service companies with the #1 focus helping them create consistent, positive cash flow. Along with the CFO work, I am looking to get more involved in a company or two and leverage my finance, operations and ownership experience in this world.
