Would appreciate speaking with anyone who has experience with union labor in the construction/trade space. Looking for the good and the ugly! Diligencing a business that works in the government space with all union labor. Thanks!

One thing to be cautious about is the pension liabilities owed by the existing company to the union. I have seen some buyers in the past get burned by unfunded pension liabilities they were not aware of from the union. You really need to have a good attorney that has experience working with unions and reviewing union agreements.

If I can help in any other way or if you need assistance with financing,. you can reach me here or directly at redacted Good luck.
