I wanted to have Patrick Dichter on Acquiring Minds because Patrick was a consultant to dozens of small businesses over a number of years, then last year set out to acquire a bookkeeping business. So he was exposed to tons of different businesses, and from that experience decided that a bookkeeping business, very specifically, is what he should buy. As he embarked on his journey to becoming an acquisition entrepreneur, I wanted to learn what attracted Patrick so much to bookkeeping. And so this episode is all about that.
