You buy an e-commerce business doing $30,000 a month. It's in the pet space. There's a lot of obvious improvements to be made with the business, including turning on Facebook ads. So you do that and a month later the business is doing $150,000. The month after that, $250,000. The month after that, $400,000. So in a few months you've grown monthly revenue from $30,000 to $400,000 without really changing much. That is the dream. And it's what happened to today's guest, Ramon Van Meer.
