Acquiring to Grow Current Business

Has anyone here acquired in order to grow their small business? This is my current goal, and I’m trying to map out the logistics of how I will merge the two operations together. I would love to chat with anyone who has experience in this and hear your story.

Hi Devony, yes this is exactly what I did. Acquired a second business very similar to ours to expand into the US. Because it is cross border there hasn’t been a ton of integration but happy to chat either way!
