Acquisition annoucement

Cardinal Heating and Air is ours. ^redacted‌ and I closed on the business back in December and intentionally kept things quiet so we could focus on learning the operation, the team, and where we can get better. The last two years working together searching has taught us a lot. Cardinal is a 35+ year old HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company based in Kirkland, WA with a 60 person team. What stood out to us immediately was the foundation that’s already in place. HUGE brand advantage and a great team. Long history, strong presence in the community, and a team that knows what they’re doing. Honestly, we've lucked out. We’re grateful to everyone who helped us get here every step of the way. There are a lot of people behind the scenes who made this possible. Now it’s about execution. Taking care of customers, supporting the team, and building something we’re proud of over the long term.
