Friend of mine, West Point grad, entrepreneur, based in the southeast, is looking to finance an acquistion. It’ll be his 3rd bolt on to his family health care business in home services/assisted living. 20+ yr business started by his Mom. Acquistion is roughly 800k EBITDA, 3.2MM acquistion price and includes ~500k in real estate. Currently, going through divorce and found out conventional financing is blocked for him until that's settled. He’d like roughly 2.75MM in debt to make deal work.
