Acquisition Finance for E-Commerce Business in UK

Hi all,

I have a great opportunity to acquire an e-commerce business based in the UK.

Based on the domicile, I believe that it wouldn't qualify for SBA financing.

Does anyone here have experience with the redacted, or are there any lenders on Searchfunder that are EFG accredited?

EFG aside, does anyone have experience with acquisition finance options for an American looking to buy a UK-based business?
