Acquisition funding required for online training consultancy in the New York region

Hi all,

We are in the process of acquiring an online training consultancy in the New York region and we are looking for funding for this.

We are open to standard debt financing or PML financing.


Currently we have the CEO of 10 years, who is a minority shareholder, staying in the business, he is a US citizen unlike us as we are from the UK.


We are a team of 5 (6 including the CEO) from the UK predominately, and are excited by this acquisition as it will open up future doors to more deals as a part of our roll up, with more online training consultancies in the pipeline.

Furthermore, we run a successful plumbing and HVAC business in Pennsylvania so this would not be our first time operating in the US


Funding requirement is###-###-#### million to secure this deal.
