Acquisition of business with union labor

Hi all -

Does anyone with experience acquiring and running a business with union labor be willing to connect briefly to share their experience?

Looking for insight into the day to day of running the business, things that work well, others that could be better.

I understand that each situation may be different, and depending on the agreement with the union, but looking for general insight.
