Acquisition Opportunity Organizations? (Outflow, BizNexus, etc.)

I was recently approached by a couple organizations that promise to provide acquisition opportunity/deal flow. The organization was Outflow.agency. I did a little research and found another organization that provides similar service (BizNexus.com).

My questions are:
- Any experience with these two, or similar, organizations?
- Is this a service you'd be willing to pay for (If so, how much per month/year)?
